Illegal HipHop Show - King flow, u the official DJ since day one for the iHHS ... now that the show is livin in it since september 2k11, what's your opinion about it and how do u feel about its evolution ?
King Flow - I'm very proud of being a member of the crew. Having the chance to have a real radio show (and not a strictly online mixshow) is great, I guess we're lucky ;) As far as my opinion about the show, I think we play what the other stations don't play : that real hip-hop !
IHHS - As an underground artist but workin with mainstream huge name, we and you (Arab and you) decided to start a brand new series of mixtapes dedicated to unsigned talents, tell us more about the SPREAD THE WORD mixtapes
KF - The "Spread The Word" mixtapes are going to make some noise, mark my words ! We want to discover unsigned talents from all over the world, and build a strong network between the artists, the producers and the DJs. Each artist can submit his own tracks, and we'll review them, and put them on the mixtapes if they're hot, it's simple as that. We decided not to charge the artists, because we know what it is to struggle for money, so we are giving them a real chance, without charging them.
IHHS - Do u think the Internet and all the other indy medias can be the solution for indy cats to get more exposure ?
KF - Of course it is ! The social networks are very important for independent artists nowadays. That's how they can build a fanbase, and make more connections with other artists, etc... The internet is the future !

KF - Make sure to send your tracks (mp3 format only) to djkingflow@gmail.com. If you didn't receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, it means your tracks haven't been selected for the mixtape.
